Office Administrator and Personal Assistant to the Principal
Kalamunda Christian School (KCS), nestled in the beautiful suburb of Walliston, has been shaping young lives for over 40 years.

We are seeking a qualified and dedicated
OfficeAdministrator and Personal Assistant to the Principal
to join our team in a
permanent
position,
commencing as soon as possible
.
This role will be 45 weeks per year of 37.5 hours per week, equivalent to
****** FTE
, with 7 weeks of paid leave.
The successful candidate will support the Principal through effective organisation, administration, and overseeing enrolments, while helping to ensure the smooth day-to-day functioning of the school office.
Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to the Principal, managing diary coordination, communications, correspondence, reports, and follow-up tasks.
Lead enrolment administration and support family enquiries, open days and orientation activities.
Support the day-to-day operations of the school office through effective administration, documentation, and recordkeeping.
Support school-wide communication, stakeholder engagement and effective collaboration across teams.
Coordinate school events, community engagement and family enquiries, fostering robust parent participation and connection.
Support a Christ-centred school culture while coordinating key administrative functions including annual events,



resource bookings, relief staff, front office, uniforms and First Aid, as necessary.
Demonstrates a personal commitment to Jesus Christ, regular church attendance, and alignment with SCEA's Statement of Faith and Christian lifestyle values.
Personal Assistant experience, with strong organisational and administrative skills.
Calm, adaptable and resilient under pressure, with strong initiative and effective problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, parents and the wider community.
Highly proficient in computer skills, such as Microsoft Office, and database systems, with a sound appreciation of policies, procedures and compliance.
Current Working with Children Check and Department of Education Criminal History Clearance (or willingness to obtain).
Desirable Selection Criteria
Experience with enrolments
Familiarity with TASS
