Working closely with our Duty Managers and Venue leadership team,you'llplay a key role in delivering exceptional customer service across our gaming floor, ensuring compliance,safetyand a consistently high standard of presentation.

WhatYou'llDo n
As a Gaming Attendant, you will:
n
Provide friendly,attentiveand responsible customer service on the gaming floor
n
Assistguests with machine operation, payouts,queriesandgeneral support
n
Maintain a robust presence across the gaming,TABand Keno areas
n
Ensure compliance with all regulatory and venue procedures
n
Monitor patron behaviour and support responsible gambling practices
n
Keep the gaming room clean,tidyandwellpresentedat all times
n
Prepare and serve beverages to gaming patrons (where applicable)
n
Handle cash and payouts accurately and efficiently
n
Assistwith machine resets, minor machine issues and clearing faults
n
Work collaboratively with the wider team to deliver a safe and welcoming environment
About You n
You'recustomer focused, reliable and enjoy a role with variety,movementand guest interaction.You'llalso bring:
n
Previousgaming,hospitalityor customer service experience (preferred)
n
A calm and confident manner, especially under pressure
n
Excellent communication andproblem solvingskills
n
Strong attention to detail and pride in presentation standards
n
A genuine focus on delivering safe and responsible service
n
Ability to work nights,weekendsand rotating rosters
n
Current RSA and RSG (required)
