At BlueFit, we don't just manage pools; we build communities. We are looking for a motivated, organised, and people-focused Assistant Swim School Manager to help lead our high-performing team atour Emerald Hills facility.
About the Role
This is a "hands-on" leadership position. You will be the right hand to the Swim School Manager, ensuring our programs are safe, inclusive, and growing.
Your day to day will include:
Team Leadership:
Mentoring and supporting a diverse team of instructors.
Growth Management:
Handling current leads, managing cancellations, and following up on payments.
Operational Excellence:
Assisting with rosters and ensuring the deck runs like clockwork.
Customer Success:
Being the friendly face for parents and students in our community.
About You
You're someone who stays calm when the pool deck gets busy and knows how to lead by example.
Experience:
You've spent time in the water as a Swim Teacher and have experience leading others.
Admin Savvy:
You're comfortable with rosters and managing customer inquiries.
Child Safety First:
You have a valid NSW Working With Children Check and a deep commitment to keeping kids safe.
Required Qualifications (or willing to obtain)
Swimming & Water Safety Teacher Certification (SISSS*****)




Pool Lifeguard Certificate (SISSS*****)
First Aid Certificate (HLTAID011)
CPR Certificate (HLTAID009)
NSW Working With Children Check (Employee)
