We're excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Senior Site Administrator to join our Mackay Operations team on a permanent, full-time basis.
Based from our Mackay office, this local role will also provide site-based support during shutdowns and outages as required.
Mackay local and a flexibility to work varied rosters is essential.
Key responsibilities will include.
Weekly invoicing and client claims
Procurement and purchase order management
Cost tracking and variance analysis
Credit card reconciliation
Daily timesheet entry and weekly payroll for 40+ employees
Admin support to site manager and project team
Travel and medical bookings
Assist with site compliance and onboarding
What you will bring
Mining Experience preferred but not essential
Willingness to learn new systems
