The College for Australian Early Childhood Educators (CAECE) is inviting Expressions of Interest from experienced early childhood professionals to lecture in our BSB***** Graduate Diploma of Management (Learning). This nationally recognised qualification has been tailored for leaders in the early childhood sector.
n
You don't need to teach the whole qualification. Choose the subjects that match your knowledge and experience, such as people leadership, learning and development, financial strategy, business planning, leading change, partnerships or innovation.
The role n
Interactive evening lectures, 6.30 pm to 8.00 pm, online and in early childhood workplaces
n
All content is fully developed,



including learner guides, case studies and marking guides
n
$125 per hour, 4 paid hours per session ($500), covering preparation, delivery and follow-up
About you n
Degree qualified (Bachelor, Graduate Diploma or Masters relevant to subject(s) you would like to teach)
n
Senior Management in business or ECEC experience, such as Centre Director, Nominated Supervisor, Educational Leader, Area Manager or Approved Provider.
n
Personable, engaging, empathetic, inspiring and enthusiastic
n
TAE***** Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or equivalent)

The College for Australian Early Childhood Educators is a not-for-profit registered charity and registered training organisation (RTO *****) that works only in early childhood education and care (ECEC). CAECE is owned by Australian Childcare Alliance Queensland. We exist to strengthen the early childhood sector and its workforce, and we reinvest in that workforce through scholarships and sector support.
