What you'll be doing n
As an Enrolled Nurse in the Haematology-BMT C5a Ward, you will provide direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, supporting patients with complex and often life‐t... You will contribute to safe, compassionate and evidence-based care while developing your clinical skills in a highly specialised setting. Your key responsibilities will be to:

Deliver direct nursing care aligned with care plans and RN supervision
n
Monitor, recognise and escal
n
Support patients with activities of daily living and emotional care needs
n
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
n
Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to ensure secure care
n
Essential Criteria n
Registration: Current Enrolled Nurse Division 2 Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
n
Selection Criteria:

Relevant and recent clinical experience deemed appropriate by WSLHD
n
Demonstrated ability to organise and prioritise work.
n
Demonstrated effective communication skills both written and verbal
n
Effective interpersonal skills showing initiative and leadership.
n
Ability to work as a member of a multidisciplinary team
n
Commitment to continuing professional development and demonstrated ability to utilise information technology within a variety of applications and willingness to undertake training
n
