SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads and websites

You'll be working remotely with Australian businesses across a wide range of industries, helping them identify opportunities to grow through digital marketing.

Our appointment-setting team generates qualified meetings, giving you the opportunity to focus on what you do best — running strong discovery calls, presenting the right solution and closing current business.

100% remote, full-time sales role
with a strong base salary, qualified opportunities and genuine earning potential for someone who can consistently perform.
What We're Looking For n
Previous experience selling digital marketing services is essential.

Confidently run discovery and sales meetings

Speak with business owners and senior decision-makers

Identify the commercial opportunity behind a prospect's marketing needs

Present digital marketing solutions clearly and persuasively

Sell based on value, strategy and business outcomes

n
Handle objections confidently
n
n
Follow up opportunities professionally
n
n
Manage your sales pipeline and take ownership of results
n
n
Consistently convert qualified opportunities into new clients
n
n
Agency sales experience will be highly regarded.
n
We want someone who is confident, commercially minded, motivated and genuinely enjoys sales.
Earnings n
Base salary: $70,000–$90,000 + Super
, depending on experience and proven ability.
n
On top of your base salary, you'll receive
uncapped commission
.
n
A strong salesperson can expect to earn around




$4,000+ per month in commission
, with considerably higher earning potential for someone who consistently performs.
n
Expected total earnings are approximately
$120,000–$140,000+ OTE
, with no cap on commission.
n
There is no artificial ceiling on what you can earn.
