Centre Director

About You
n We're looking for a confident and experienced leader who is passionate about creating exceptional outcomes for children, families and teams.
n You will bring:
n

Previous experience as a
Centre Director
within Early Childhood Education and Care
n
Strong leadership and people management skills
n
A proven ability to build high-performing teams
n
Sound knowledge of the National Quality Framework and relevant legislation
n
Experience managing occupancy, budgets and centre performance
n
A genuine commitment to creating positive experiences for children and families
n
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
n
