About the Role

This is a permanent full-time position where you will leverage your payroll expertise to drive pre-sales engagement with mid-market organisations. You will position Martian Logic's payroll capabilities and compliance features to prospects, translating complex HRIS requirements into compelling business cases that resonate with HR and finance decision-makers.

What You Will Do

Support pre-sales activities by providing payroll and compliance expertise to prospects evaluating our HRIS platform
n
n
Articulate how our Australian compliance capabilities address client needs in awards, Single Touch Payroll, and screening integration
n
n




Collaborate with the sales team to position payroll as a competitive advantage in deal progression
n
n
Contribute payroll insights to strengthen proposals and demonstrations to prospective clients
n
n

What We Are Looking For
n
n
n
n
Strong payroll knowledge and experience, ideally with HRIS systems or payroll software
n
n
Ability to communicate payroll and compliance concepts clearly to non-technical audiences
n
n
Experience in pre-sales, sales support, or customer-facing payroll roles
n
n
Demonstrated understanding of Australian payroll compliance, awards, and Single Touch Payroll
n
n
Collaborative mindset with strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
n
n

What We Offer

Base salary $130,000 to $160,000 plus superannuation
n
n
On-target earnings (OTE) of $190,000 to $230,000 including commission
n
n
10 days paid personal/carer's leave per year
n
n
Paid parental leave of 2 weeks from the birth of a child
