You'll support adults with disability at home and in the community, helping them live the way they choose.Shifts are mornings, afternoons and some weekends, and you choose the ones that suit you.
You'll be matched with the same participants where possible, so you get to know them.
New workers shadow an experienced worker before they work alone.

or willingness to apply before you start* A Certificate III or IV in Individual Support or Disability (an advantage)* Current first aid and CPR* A driver's licence and a reliable car* Patience, reliability and respect for people's choices### What's on offer* $36 to $40 per hour plus super, casual* Shifts that fit around your week* A kilometre allowance when you use your own car* Paid induction and training* Support to complete a Certificate III if you don't have one### Worth knowingSupport work is rewarding, and it can also be physical and emotionally demanding.
Townsville summers are hot and humid, and you'll spend time in the car between visits.
