About the role
Draft, review and negotiate a broad range of
commercial and technology agreements
Work across
Saas, services licensing, reseller, distribution, supply, procurement and consultancy agreements
Advise on contractual interpretation,



risk allocation and commercial strategy
Provide practice advice on
privacy, data protection and regulatory compliance
Manage client relationships and ongoing retainers
Contribute to legal updates and the continued growth of the team
The ideal candidate
Approximately
2-4 years PQE
with a current Australian practicing certificate
Strong general commercial experience and confidence drafting and negotiating complex agreements
Familiarity with technology contracts, including SaaS and related commercial agreements
Ability to provide clear, practical and commercially focused advice
Strong communication skills and confidence managing multiple client priorities
Team-oriented, proactive and happy to roll up your sleeves in a fast-moving team
