Lion Pty Ltd is seeking a Safety Partner for the Tooheys Brewery in Lidcombe, NSW, to help build safety capability and strengthen a culture where everyone takes ownership of safety.
You will work with site leaders to embed risk-based thinking across operations.
You'll coach and influence frontline teams, support incident management and regulatory notifications, and drive continuous improvement in safety practices across the site.
