The Project Officer will provide qualified and proactive project management and executive officer support to the Registration to Work with Vulnerable People Expansion (RWVP-E) project.
Reporting to the Project Director, the role will support project governance entities and the leadership team.
The Project Officer is a member of a dedicated project team and will play a key role in ensuring the overall success of the project, which includes system replacement and an overall expansion of the current RWVP Scheme.

Period of Appointment
Fixed-term, up to 30 June ****

Duties
Manage the detailed planning, organising and coordination of project administrative functions related to the RWVP-E Project, including maintenance of project registers.
Administer the quality review and control process for the project by monitoring, tracking, and reporting on the status of milestones and deliverables.
Perform project secretariat functions, including preparation of meeting papers and record of proceedings for key project governance bodies including but not limited to; Steering Committee, Management Groups, Reference Groups and Working Groups.
Maintain the project's artefacts and records in accordance with departmental policies and standards.
Administer the project's budget and financial reporting requirements.
Proactively support project team members with project delivery and perform tasks assigned by the Project Director.

A Current Tasmanian Registration to Work with Vulnerable People.
Relevant tertiary qualifications.
Project Management Diploma or equivalent experience.
