Hicon is looking for an experienced and driven Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of commercial construction projects from pre-construction through to completion.

The Role n
Managing projects from pre-construction through to handover, you'll be responsible for coordinating project programs, subcontractors, procurement, safety and quality to ensure projects are delivered successfully.
n
You'll play a key role in driving project performance, resolving issues proactively and coordinating day-to-day project activities across all stages of delivery.
Key Responsibilities n
n
Manage commercial construction projects from pre-construction through to completion
n
Monitor project programs, milestones and contractor performance
n
Oversee procurement, project coordination and day-to-day site activities
n
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards and project specifications
n




Lead project meetings, track actions and proactively manage risks and delays
n
Liaise with clients, consultants and stakeholders to provide regular project updates
n
Resolve project issues and coordinate outcomes across project teams
n
What We're Looking For n
n
Previous Project Management experience within commercial construction
n
Strong understanding of construction sequencing and project delivery
n
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
n
Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
n
Ability to manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced environment
n
Commitment to safety, quality and project outcomes
n
Proficient in construction management systems and Microsoft Office
n
