We are seeking to appoint a suitably qualified, enthusiastic and highly motivated Teaching Assistant to work as part of the team within our SEND Base.
The successful applicant will demonstrate:
Excellent interpersonal, communication and organisational skills
Experience of working with primary-aged children and supporting children with complex needs, particularly those with communication and learning challenges.
A commitment to promoting the inclusion and acceptance of all pupils
Willingness to work flexibly to meet the needs of the school and the provision
A commitment to teamwork and sharing best practice
