Your Role n
Manage a portfolio of strata schemes
n
Build and maintain strong relationships with owners and Councils of Owners
n
Prepare for and conduct meetings with clarity and confidence
n
Coordinate maintenance, contractors and day-to-day scheme matters
n
Manage client enquiries and correspondence
n
Navigate WA strata legislation and industry requirements, with support available when needed
What You'll Need n
Previous strata management experience is preferred
n
Experience with Strata Master or similar strata management software
n
A current National Police Clearance
n
Strong communication and relationship-management skills
n
A professional and ethical approach to your work
n
