Job Description
Bathurst Regional Council is seeking a Bitumen Maintenance Ganger to lead bitumen patching and road maintenance across the rural Bathurst region. You will supervise crews, coordinate works and uphold safety and quality on site.

Essentially you must hold NSW HR (minimum) with White Card and Traffic Controller training, plus experience with bitumen products and road works. The council offers a permanent full time role, rostered days off, generous leave, training and confidential support services.
