WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
n
To be considered for this role, you must have:
n
n
At least 6 months of supervisory experience in hotel housekeeping in Australia
n
Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and guide a team
n
A sharp eye for detail and high cleaning and presentation standards
n
The ability to manage workloads, allocate rooms and meet daily targets
n
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
n
A positive,
professional and reliable approach
n
Availability for an 8:00 AM start
n

YOUR ROLE
n
You'll be responsible for:
n
n
Supervising and supporting Room Attendants and Housekeepers during your shift
n
Allocating rooms and daily tasks to the team
n
Inspecting rooms to ensure they meet quality and cleanliness standards
n
Providing on-the-job training and feedback to team members
n
Coordinating with Front Office and Maintenance on room status and issues
n
Monitoring linen, supplies and equipment, and restocking as needed
n
Ensuring compliance with health, safety and hygiene procedures
n
Helping deliver a clean, comfortable and welcoming experience for every guest
n
n
