St John of God Berwick Hospital is seeking a Maternity Nurse Unit Manager to provide strategic leadership across the maternity services, including the antenatal, intrapartum and postnatal programs.
You will lead a multidisciplinary team and drive quality, safety and patient-centred outcomes in a high-volume maternity service.
The role requires registration with AHPRA, senior nursing/midwifery leadership experience in an acute setting, and expertise in governance, ACHS accreditation and risk
