Experienced Concrete & Civil Crew Leader n
We're looking for an
experienced Concrete & Civil Crew Leader
to join our growing team.
n
This is
not a labouring or basic concreting position
. We want an experienced operator who can lead a crew, read plans, organise the job and deliver quality work without needing to be hand‐held.
n
Our work includes
commercial civil construction, concrete structures, hardscapes, formwork and reinstatement
.
What we're looking for n
n
You'll ideally have:
n
5+ years' experience in concreting/civil construction
n
Previous experience as a leading hand or crew leader
n
Strong formwork and concrete construction skills
n
Experience with civil hardscapes and structures
n
Ability to read plans and work from set‐out
n
Good understanding of levels and set‐out
n
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
n
Ability to lead by example and get the best out of a small crew
n
White Card and driver's licence
n
Machine tickets and truck licence are highly regarded.
n
