Dematic is seeking an experienced Site Safety Officer for a Tarneit-based project in Melbourne. You will lead WHSE programs on a large-scale automated warehousing site, perform inspections, audits, and inductions, and drive secure work practices across multiple contractors.

Reporting to the Project Safety Manager, you will develop and implement safety plans, manage risk registers, and champion a proactive safety culture to ensure everyone returns home safely each day.
