Role Overview n
We are seeking an experienced
Total Rewards / Remuneration & Benefits Specialist
for a 7-month fixed term contract. In this role, you will drive compensation and benefits programs across ANZ, supporting annual reward cycles, market benchmarking, and total rewrds projects.
Your role n

Drive ANZ Remuneration & Benefits:
Market-competitive compensation design, salary structures, retail bonus calculations, and annual reward cycles.
n

Market Benchmarking & Insights:
Conduct market analysis and salary survey submissions to keep remuneration competitive and aligned with industry trends.
n
n
Strategic Projects:
Support regional total rewards initiatives, advantages administration, and vendor management across health, leave, and retirement plans.
n
n
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Partner with stakeholders to advise on reward policies and program execution.
n
About you n
n
n
Experience in remuneration and benefits across Australia or New Zealand (multi-site or retail experience ideal but not necesary).
n
n
Expertise in market benchmarking, job evaluation, and benefits administration.
n
n
Solid knowledge of ANZ labor statutory requirements (Enterprise Agreement experience is a plus).
n
