B2B Sales Professional – Totally Workwear Dubbo
What you'll be doing n
n
Building and managing relationships with business accounts across Dubbo and the surrounding region
n
Understanding each client's operational needs and recommending the right workwear, uniforms, PPE and promotional solutions
n
Qualifying instore customers to understand their business requirements and matching our products and services as appropriate.
n
Preparing accurate quotes, managing orders and seeing sales through from enquiry to delivery
n
Proactively following up leads, quotes and existing accounts to convert opportunities and grow repeat business
n
Identifying new business opportunities and helping expand our commercial customer base
n
Acting as a trusted advisor to businesses on compliance, branding, comfort.
n
Working closely with the wider team to hit sales targets and deliver a professional, reliable service
n
Representing Totally Workwear with a sharp, professional presence — whether on‐site,



in meetings or in the showroom
n
What we're looking for n

Is confident dealing with business owners, managers and procurement contacts
n
Has solid communication and relationship-building skills
n
Can listen, diagnose needs and present clear, practical solutions
n
Is organised, reliable and comfortable owning their pipeline
n
Works well in a team but is equally comfortable taking initiative and driving results
n
Enjoys learning products in depth and turning that knowledge into sales
n
Previous B2B sales, account management, workwear, industrial supply or customer service experience is highly regarded — but the right attitude, hunger and willingness to learn matter just as much.
