The community program coordinator implements, manages, and evaluates client-centred programs in an integrated Corps/ Community Services setting, ensuring programs meet community needs in a culturally diverse context.

About the role As a Community or equivalent combination of qualifications and demonstrated experience.




Demonstrated experience coordinating community programs, people and partnerships, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a community, not-for-profit or customer-focused environment.
Sound understanding of Work Health and Safety, safeguarding, risk management and compliance requirements in a community services setting.
Strong administrative, organisational and communication skills, including report writing and record management.
Ability to work within and support The Salvation Army's mission, values and Christian ethos through skilled practice, community engagement and service delivery.
A Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check is required Drivers Licence (if required for tool of trade car or pool car access) A Valid NSW Working With Children Check What we offer The Salvos offer eligible employee's a well-balanced package of meaningful benefits including: Salary packaging up to $15,900 tax free + $2,650 meal entertainment benefit.
