Responsibilities n

Make sushi rolls and prepare ingredients
n
Food preparation and kitchen duties
n
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards
n
Work efficiently as part of a team
n
Requirements n
n
Experience in Japanese cuisine or sushi preferred
n
Experience making sushi rolls is an advantage
n
Reliable, punctual and hardworking
n
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
n
Good hygiene and food safety awareness
n
n
Must be available from 8am Monday to Friday and live nearby or have a car to travel to work
n
Pay: restaurant industry awards depending on experience
