What You Will Be Doing
n

Investigating claims and gathering relevant information
n
Assessing liability and reviewing supporting evidence
n
Managing claims from lodgement through to resolution
n
Communicating with customers, insurers, brokers, solicitors and industry experts
n
Negotiating outcomes and facilitating settlements
n
Maintaining accurate claim records and documentation
n
Learning how to make sound commercial and risk-based decisions
n
n

Previous customer service or administration experience
