Little Creatures Geelong
is on the lookout for a talented
Brewer
to join our energetic, close-knit team. This is a hands-on, shift-based role full of variety and teamwork, where no two days are the same.
n
As a Brewer at Little Creatures, you'll be part of a rotating shift team (days, afternoons and nights), delivering our brewing plan safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality. You'll get to rotate across different areas of the brewery – from our highly automated brew house to cellars, RTDS, kegging, and canning – giving you a well-rounded, hands-on experience.

How You'll Make an Impact:
n
You'll be right at the heart of our production process, helping brew the beers Little Creatures is famous for. Day to day, you'll be:
n
n
Running brew house operations from start to finish, ensuring quality and consistency.
n
Rotating across multiple brewing functions, including canning, kegging, and RTDS.
n
Maintaining quality standards and performing regular process and equipment checks.
n
Championing safety and contributing to a positive, collaborative team culture.
n




Spotting opportunities for continuous improvement and supporting TPM initiatives.
n
Working closely with a passionate team who back each other and take pride in what they create.
n

What You'll Bring:
n
n
Brewing experience in a production environment, or experience within a fast-paced FMCG setting
n
Qualifications in a technical or trade discipline will be highly regarded.
n
Knowledge of Health and Safety, and Food Safety frameworks.
n
A problem-solving mindset with a love of continuous improvement.
n
Team player mentality, adaptable and reliable.
n
Positive attitude and an appetite for continuous improvement.
n
