We are looking for a safety-focused and reliable Line Operator to join our production team in Wangara. This is a hands-on manufacturing role where you will operate and monitor production equipment, maintain product quality standards, and contribute to a safe and efficient workplace.

Monday to Friday roster

Rotating fortnightly between: n

Day Shift
n
Afternoon Shift
n
Night Shift

About The Role n
Reporting to the Shift Supervisor, you will be responsible for operating production equipment safely and efficiently while ensuring all products meet quality, food safety and production standards.
n
Key responsibilities include:
n
n
Operating and monitoring bottling and packaging machinery
n
Conducting machine changeovers and basic fault finding
n
Monitoring production lines and responding to equipment issues
n
Maintaining production output, efficiency and quality standards
n
Conducting quality checks and identifying non-conforming products
n
Recording production data and downtime information
n
Ensuring products are correctly labelled, coded, wrapped and packaged
n
Replenishing raw materials and packaging supplies
n
Performing cleaning and minor maintenance activities
n
Operating forklifts safely when required
n
Assisting with stock movements and material handling
n
Following all safety,



food safety and quality procedures
n
Reporting hazards, incidents and quality concerns promptly
n
Skills & Experience n
To be successful in this role, you will have:
n
n
Experience working in a manufacturing, production or processing environment
n
Strong mechanical aptitude and confidence working with machinery
n
Positive problem-solving and fault-finding skills
n
A commitment to workplace safety and quality standards
n
The ability to work independently and as part of a team
n
The ability to remain calm and focused in a fast-paced environment
n
Physical fitness and the ability to perform repetitive manual tasks
n
n
Highly regarded:
n
n
Experience operating automated or PLC-controlled equipment
n
Previous experience in a manufacturing, production, food or beverage environment
n
Knowledge of GMP, HACCP or food safety requirements
n
