As a Bar & Gaming Attendant, you'll play an important role in delivering exceptional service and creating positive experiences for our patrons.
n
Your responsibilities will include:
n
Providing friendly and professional customer service while building rapport with patrons
n
Preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with RSA requirements
n
Processing gaming payouts efficiently and accurately
n
Adhering to all RSA and RCG requirements and regulations
n
Responding promptly to gaming machine player requests
n
Maintaining a clean, safe and welcoming gaming environment
n
Serving quality beverages and food products to a consistently high standard
n




Maintaining professional presentation standards at all times
n
About You
n
We're looking for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast‐paced environment and takes pride in delivering great service.
n
To be successful, you'll have:
n
A
current RSA and RCG
n
Previous bar experience is preferred
n
Be
eager to learn
and develop your skills
n
Strong customer service skills
and a genuine enjoyment of engaging with members and guests from diverse backgrounds
n
The ability to remain calm, adaptable and professional under pressure
n
Have availability to
work evenings & late nights
up until 2am (if you're studying this is a great opportunity)
n
