We're seeking an experienced
Project Manager
to take the lead on the delivery of a major civil infrastructure package valued in excess of $100M as part of one of Australia's largest developments. n
This is a rare opportunity to play a key role on a flagship project, providing leadership across construction, engineering, commercial performance, safety, and stakeholder management while leading a high-performing team in a FIFO environment.

The Prospect n
Reporting to the Project Director, you'll be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of a significant civil infrastructure package from planning through to completion.
n
Leading a multidisciplinary team of Construction Managers, Project Engineers, Supervisors, and Commercial personnel, you'll drive safe, profitable, and successful project outcomes while maintaining strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
n
This role will suit a proven Project Manager with experience delivering major infrastructure, energy, or civil construction projects valued at $100M+.
Key Responsibilities n
n
Lead the successful delivery of a major civil infrastructure package from commencement through to completion.
n
Develop and implement project strategies to achieve safety, program, quality, and commercial objectives.
n




Provide leadership and direction to project delivery teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
n
Manage budgets, forecasting, procurement, contracts, variations, claims, and project risk.
n
Drive construction performance through effective planning, scheduling, and reporting.
n
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and stakeholders.
n
Champion a positive safety culture and ensure compliance with all legislative and project requirements.
n
Oversee quality assurance, inspections, testing, and project documentation.
n
Identify opportunities to enhance productivity, innovation, and project outcomes.

Profile
About You
n
You'll be an accomplished Project Manager with a strong track record delivering large-scale civil infrastructure or renewable energy projects.
n
You'll bring:
n
n
Extensive experience delivering projects valued at $100M+.
n
Strong leadership capability with experience managing large multidisciplinary teams.
n
Excellent commercial acumen across contracts, forecasting, procurement, and risk management.
n
Demonstrated ability to deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget.
n
Outstanding stakeholder and client management skills.
n
Tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
n
Strong working knowledge of Australian construction contracts including AS****, AS****, or similar.
n
Previous FIFO or remote project experience highly regarded.
