About the Role n
As a Diploma Educator, you will work collaboratively with your team to deliver engaging, play-based learning experiences that support each child's learning, development, and wellbeing.

This is a
5 day part-time position (20 hours per week)
that requires you to travel between our
Schofields, Tallawong, Riverstonecentres
, providing support where it is needed most.



This role is perfect for an educator who enjoys variety, building relationships across multiple teams, and making a positive impact across several services.

As part of this role, you will receive:

Paid travel time between centres
n
Kilometre reimbursement for work-related travel
n

Support the planning and implementation of engaging educational programs

Create a safe, nurturing and inclusive learning environment

Observe and document children's learning and development
n
n
Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues

Collaborate with the team to deliver high-quality education and care
n

Ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF), National Quality Standards (NQS), and all relevant legislation
n

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the centre

Support children's wellbeing, learning, and development through meaningful interactions

About You n
To be successful in this role, you will have:

Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA-approved)
n
Current Working With Children Check (WWCC)
n
Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certifications
n
Current Child Protection
training/certificate
n
Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
n
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
n
A genuine passion for early childhood education
n
n
Access to a reliable vehicle and willingness to travel between Mini Masterminds centres
n
n
Applicants must have valid Australian working rights. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.

To be successful in this role, you will have:
