Strike Forces Services is seeking an experienced Supervisor to join our growing operations team!
n
In this hands-on leadership role, you will be responsible for coaching and mentoring employees, promoting a positive safety culture and helping drive high standards of performance across multiple locations. Reporting to the Senior Client Services Manager, you will play a key role in building capable, engaged and successful teams.
n
For internal purposes, this role is referred to as a Client Service Supervisor.
Key Responsibilities
n
n
Lead, coach and support site-based teams.
n
Maintain adequate stock levels of equipment, consumables and PPE across allocated sites.
n
Facilitate toolbox talks and daily pre-start meetings.
n
Identify and coordinate training and development opportunities for employees.
n
Support onboarding, recruitment and workforce planning activities.
n
Conduct regular site visits, safety observations and workplace inspections.
n
Coordinate rosters, timesheets and workforce administration.
n
Promote safe work practices and ensure compliance with company procedures.
n
Identify opportunities to improve team performance, processes and operational efficiency.
n
About You
n
n
Previous experience in a supervisory or team leadership role.
n
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
n
Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
n
A commitment to workplace health and safety.
n
The ability to manage multiple priorities across different locations.
n
Experience within cleaning,



industrial services, facilities management or a similar operational environment will be highly regarded.
n
Previous mine site experience is highly regarded.

Applicants new to the mining industry may be required to complete an Order 45 Medical as part of the pre-employment process. Due to appointment availability and assessment requirements, this process may take from 4 to 8 weeks.
