Eptec is seeking a proactive HR Advisor to join our Henderson, WA team. This hands-on role supports the employee lifecycle and drives our growing manufacturing organisation.

You will manage onboarding, recruitment, employee relations, performance reviews, and remuneration processes while ensuring compliance with HR policies. The successful candidate will have HR coordination or generalist experience, a relevant degree, solid communication, and ideally experience with HRIS.
