Job Description
Jobplay is looking for experienced Advanced, Intermediate and Basic Scaffolders, plus 2 Supervisors, for pre-shut, shutdown and post-shut works across two major sites in the Moranbah area.
The work n
n
Pre-shut:
6 weeks, Monday to Friday
n
Shut execution:
21 days straight, Monday to Sunday, day and night shift
n
Post-shut:
1 week, Monday to Friday
n
12-hour shifts, 6am to 6pm
n
Returning the second week of January for a further 2 weeks, repeating the cycle
n
Monday to Friday: first 7.6 hrs at ordinary rate, next 3 hrs at 1.5x, then double time
n
Saturday: first 3 hrs at 1.5x, then double time
n
Sunday: all double time
n
Night shift: 15% loading
n

Flights from Brisbane to Mackay or direct to Moranbah

2.5 hours paid travel
n
Mine camp accommodation and all meals
n
PPE, overalls and uniform supplied
n
Shut week earning potential (day shift, before night loading):
about $5,300 for Advanced, $4,800 for Intermediate and $3,600 for Basic.

What you'll need n
n
A current High Risk Work Licence in scaffolding (SB, SI or SA)
n
Your own tool belt and steel-capped boots
n
Availability for the full pre-shut, shut and post-shut period
n
n
Locals from Mackay, Moranbah and the Bowen Basin are strongly encouraged to apply.
