What You Bring to the Role

Experience delivering quality education and care to school aged children.
n
n
Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with children, families, and colleagues.
n
n
Strong knowledge of the National Quality Framework,
child protection and mandatory reporting requirements.
n
n
A child-secure mindset and a genuine commitment to supporting children's wellbeing and development.
n
n
Proficiency in time management and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
n
n
NSW Working with Children Check.
n
n
Completion of Child Safe training (e.g. Understanding Child Safety and Responding to Harm), or willingness to complete prior to commencement
n
