Job Description
An exciting prospect exists for an experienced HR Manager to join a global manufacturing business supporting a workforce of approximately 110 employees across operational and corporate functions.

Reporting to the APAC HR Leader, this role combines strategic HR leadership with hands-on people support. Partnering closely with local leaders, you will drive people initiatives, workforce planning, employee relations, investigations, leadership development and organisational capability.
Key Responsibilities n
n
Partner with leaders to deliver people and culture initiatives.
n
Lead employee relations matters, investigations and performance management.
n
Provide advice on employment legislation, awards and HR best practice.
n
Support workforce planning, succession planning and talent development.
n
Drive employee engagement and continuous improvement initiatives.
n
Provide HR support across both manufacturing and corporate teams.
n
About You n
n
Proven HR leadership experience in a manufacturing, FMCG or industrial environment.
n
Strong knowledge of Australian employment legislation and award interpretation.
n
Demonstrated experience managing investigations and complex employee relations matters.
n
Strategic thinker with a practical, hands-on approach.
n
Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
n
n
