With Sealy's continued success and growth, thereis now an exciting opportunity to join a market leading brand at its state-of-the-art production facility in Villawood on a full-time basis in our production team.
The Role: n
Working in our Villawood production facility, you will be involved in the day-to-day manufacturing and assembly of quality bedding products.
Key Responsibilities: n
n
Operating air tools (including staple guns, C-rings and other pneumatic equipment)
n
Assembling and manufacturing bedding products to specification
n
Conducting quality checks to ensure all products meet our high standards
n
Strictly adhering to all Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) procedures and safe work practices
n




Keeping your work area clean, safe and organised
n
Working collaboratively to meet daily production targets
n
What We're Looking For: n
n
Previous experience in manufacturing, production, warehousing or trade environment - highly regarded but not essential
n
Experience using air tools / power tools
n
Robust commitment to safety and quality standards
n
Punctual, reliable and a strong work ethic - this is essential
n
Physically fit and able to handle manual tasks and lifting
n
Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions
n
Attention to detail
n
