Pathfinders in Tamworth is seeking an Intensive Therapeutic Care (ITC) House Manager to lead a small team of therapeutic youth workers and provide a safe, home-like setting for Children and Young People in care. The role requires understanding of Aboriginal communities in NSW and advocacy for Aboriginal young people and families.
