We're hiring a
Work From Home Travel Support Specialist
to guide clients through every stage of their travel journey — from initial planning and booking to pre-departure prep and real-time updates while they're on the road.
n
You'll be a steady point of contact for travelers, making sure they always have accurate information and know exactly what to expect next. This is a fully remote, work-from-home position with full training and mentorship provided from day one. Prior travel industry experience is a plus but not required.
What You'll Do n
Assist clients remotely through phone, email, and online messaging
n
Manage reservations, booking updates, cancellations, and special requests
n
Share clear and detailed information regarding destinations and travel policies
n
Monitor upcoming departures and proactively contact clients when necessary
n
Professionally resolve inquiries and concerns to maintain high customer satisfaction




What We're Looking For n
Strong written and verbal communication abilities

Background in customer service, travel industry experience is a plus
n
Detail-oriented and highly organized
n
Able to work independently in a remote setting

Quick to adapt to booking platforms and digital tools
