Key Responsibilities n
n
Supporting and mentoring junior staff through training, guidance, and ongoing development to build their skills and confidence.
n
Preparation and review of:




n
Annual financial statements across all entity types.
n
Business Activity Statements (BAS).
n
Income tax returns for individuals, companies, trusts, partnerships, and SMSFs.
n
General compliance and advisory work.
n
Providing high‐quality business services and tax advisory support to clients.
n
Conducting tax research and applying relevant legislation to client scenarios.
n
Managing client relationships.
n
Working closely with management to improve processes and client outcomes.
n
What We're Looking For n
n
Degree or qualification in accounting (CA/CPA completed or near completion preferred)
n
Over 5+ years experience in public practice.
n
Proficiency with MYOB, Xero, Handisoft, and the Microsoft Office Suite.
n
Excellent communication skills — written, verbal, and interpersonal.
n
High attention to detail and strong problem solving ability.
n
A friendly, approachable team player with a proactive, can do attitude.
n
