McGrath Palm Beach is seeking a highly organised and detail-driven
Sales Administrator
to join our growing team at our Palm Beach office. This role is ideal for someone with a sharp eye for detail and a strong commitment to supporting the sales team and ensuring compliance within the real estate industry.

As a key member of our team, the successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining compliance standards while providing critical administrative support in a fast-paced environment. This includes preparing and reviewing documentation, ensuring accuracy, and assisting the sales team throughout the entire transaction process.
Key Responsibilities: n
n
Review and verify compliance of Agency Agreements
n
Prepare sales proposals
n
Ensure all compliance requirements are met before launching properties to online portals
n
Prepare and check contracts, along with associated documentation for the sales team
n
Ensure all sales documentation is accurate, complete, and filed in accordance with company procedures and legislative requirements
n
Execute contracts to solicitors and track sales from commencement through to settlement
n
Stay across new QLD seller disclosure requirements, AML obligations, and contract changes to ensure accuracy
n
Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, solicitors, and stakeholders
n
Check and verify Auction documentation for accuracy
n
Prepare necessary entry notices, and Form 10 documentation
n
