Intermediate Accountant - Business Advisory n

You'll be joining as an Intermediate Accountant, supporting the management of a client portfolio while working closely with Senior Accountants and Managers on more complex matters.
n
The role provides a strong foundation across compliance, with increasing exposure to advisory, client interaction, and technical development as you progress, with a major upside being you will be proactively brought to client meetings from day 1 to help with development.

This position is designed as a genuine progression opportunity, with a clear pathway to Senior Accountant within 6–18 months depending on experience and performance.
n
The structure of the firm allows junior and intermediate staff to be mentored closely, while gradually building capability in advisory, planning, and client-facing work.
n

About you:
n
n
n
Degree-qualified in Accounting, currently studying or intending to commence CA/CPA
n
n
2–4+ years' experience in Business Services / Tax within Public Practice
n
n
Strong attention to detail with solid technical foundations
n
n
Eagerness to learn and develop into a client-facing advisor
n
n
Good communication skills and ability to work within a team environment
n
n
Exposure to Xero or other cloud-based accounting software preferred
n
n
This role is well suited to an Intermediate Accountant looking to step up into a more progressive firm, with robust mentorship, structured development, and a clear pathway into a Senior position.
