Casual Personal Care Workers (flexibility offered with shifts across 7 days AM + PM shifts predominately available) Seeking candidates with open availability and the ability to work a minimum of 3 shifts per weekPermanent Part-time Personal Care Workers (Stable PPT shifts rostered fortnightly across weekdays, predominately AM + PM shifts)Permanent Part-time Personal Carer - Engagement & Wellbeing (Lifestyle Assistant) AM shifts only -6.30am-***** & *****am -*****.
Week 1 offering Monday, Thursday & Week 2 offering Thursday.
Ability to pick up personal care worker shifts alongside PPT Lifestyle shifts.

Ideally, you have worked in the Aged Care sector for at least 1 year and the ability to "think on your feet", communicate effectively, build rapport, and maintain professional relationships with residents and co-workers alike.
In addition, you will alsoCompleted Certificate III in Individual Support, Leisure & Lifestyle, Health Services or similar is relevant for all roles available for Personal Care Worker or Lifestyle AssistantPrevious experience in Aged Care as an AIN, Lifestyle or similar role (minimum 12 months preferred)Current First Aid & CPR Certificate (preferred)NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (for PAID employment) - or willingness to obtainUnderstanding of person-centred care and resident wellbeingA positive, energetic, and compassionate approachStrong teamwork, communication, and time management skillsCommitment to maintaining a safe environment for residents and colleaguesA genuine passion for making a difference in aged careDisplay a positive, fun and confident personality to help our residents (*who sometimes can be very shy)
