The RoleYou will assist in providing support through the coordination, administration and delivery of house and land sales.Act as the first point of contact for all enquiriesProvide support with the day to day sales based activitiesMaintain and manage all data entry into the CRMOpen and close the sales offices and ensure the office is immaculately maintained and presentedOnline marketing including social media, and updating of project marketing collateral such as brochures, price lists and master plansAbout YouA desire and passion to work within the Property industryExcited to work in a rapid pace environmentA superior level of verbal and written communication skills and be professionally presentedA positive and energetic attitude.Qualifications:Hold a valid Real Estate Certificate of Registration or LicenceAvailable to work weekendsHave a reliable motor vehicle and valid driver's license (motor vehicle allowances apply!)
