We have an impeccable reputation for providing exceptional customer service, and our team of experienced mechanics and technicians delivers quality workmanship with attention to detail in every task they perform.The OpportunityWe have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Officer to join the team at Wales Heavy Vehicle Repair.As a Customer Service Officer, you will assist and support our wider team and management with administrative tasks while providing customers with updates regarding their vehicle repairs.This is a permanent, full-time position, working Monday to Friday.Role responsibilitiesEnsuring the environment is always customer-friendlyGreeting customers on arrivalKeeping customers informed about the repair process and anticipated completion dates for their vehiclesContacting customers to ensure they are satisfied with their AMA experienceManaging telephone and email correspondenceSupporting management with inventory administration (parts, paint, consumables, etc.)Liaising with insurance providers regarding claims and repairsDoes this sound like you?
