About the role n
We'relooking for an experienced Senior Finance Officerwho willhelp keep our financial operations running seamlessly.You'llbesupportingand mentoring your otherteammembers, solvingproblemsand communicating effectively with our stakeholders,and ensuring accuracy in everything we do.

This role is critical to ensuring the uninterrupted flow of goods and services across Lifeblood.You'llmanage workflow, support teammembersand resolve issues to keep everything moving efficiently andcompliantly.
Key Responsibilities: n
n
Manage day-to-day workflow and scheduling across the Finance team
n
Perform daily bank reconciliations and support month-end activities
n
Lead Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes, including invoicing and payment allocation
n
Support general ledger
reconciliations,accrualsand
financial reporting tasks
n
Investigate and resolve account queries and escalations
n
Oversee shared mailboxes and
ensuretimelyresponses
to requests
n
Support debt collection and customer account management
n
Deliver training and guidance to Finance Officers and new team members
n
Step in to support front-line finance activities when needed
n
Partner with stakeholders across the organisation to ensure smooth financial
n

Strong experience across Accounts Payable,



Accounts Receivable and
reconciliations(predominately
AccountsReceivable)
n
Familiarity with Oracle or similar financial systems
n
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
n
Solid understanding of GST and financial transaction processes
n
Confident communication andstrong internal and
externalstakeholder
engagementand managementskills
n
Ability to prioritise, problem-solve and work in a fast-paced workplace
n
Experience supporting or mentoring team members
n
