Lavadia, just outside Grafton in the Northern Rivers of NSW

About The Role n
As a
Casual Registered Paramedic
, you'll provide frontline clinical care across the facility, responding to emergencies and supporting patients with acute and ongoing healthcare needs.
n
You'll be able to draw on your paramedic experience while developing your skills in primary and correctional healthcare.
What You'll Be Doing n
n
Respond to medical emergencies and provide clinical assessment
n
Provide acute and primary healthcare within your scope of practice
n
Administer medications and treatments as required
n
Support patients with chronic and ongoing health needs
n
Work alongside nurses, GPs and allied health professionals
n
Communicate with custodial staff to support coordinated patient care
n
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient confidentiality
n
What You'll Bring n
We're looking for a confident and adaptable Paramedic who can remain calm under pressure and work effectively as part of a team.
You'll Need n
n
Current AHPRA registration as a Paramedic
n
Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills
n
Experience in emergency, pre-hospital or acute care
n
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
n
The ability to work autonomously and as part of a multidisciplinary team
n
A professional and patient-centred approach
n
n
Experience in
correctional, rural, remote or primary healthcare
will be highly regarded, but isn't essential.
