We're hiring a Staff /Lead Platform Engineer to provide deep technical leadership across a modern cloud-native platform within a scaling SaaS / fintech setting.
n
This is a highly hands‐on senior engineering role focused on platform architecture, Kubernetes, GitOps, cloud security, reliability and engineering standards. While not a people‐management position, the role carries significant technical influence across platform direction, architecture and operational maturity.
n
You'll work closely with senior engineering leadership to evolve and harden a production‐grade AWS platform supporting secure, scalable and repeatable customer environments.
Key
responsibilities:n
n
Driving technical direction across AWS, Kubernetes/EKS and GitOps infrastructure
n
Reviewing and improving platform architecture, resiliency and operational readiness
n
Defining engineering standards across infrastructure, CI/CD, observability and security
n
Leading best practices around Terraform, Argo CD, deployment automation and platform operations
n




Supporting secure multi‐environment and SaaS deployment models
n
Improving platform reliability, monitoring, disaster recovery and production hardening
n
Mentoring engineers through design reviews, code reviews and technical guidance
n
Tech stack includes:n
AWS | Kubernetes / EKS | Terraform | Argo CD | GitOps | Helm | CI/CD | Observability | Cloud Security
We're looking for someone with:n
n
Deep AWS and Kubernetes (EKS) platform engineering experience
n
Strong background operating cloud‐native production environments
n
Expertise in infrastructure as code and GitOps practices
n
Strong understanding of cloud security, IAM, networking and resilience
n
Experience mentoring engineers and driving engineering standards
n
Ability to make pragmatic technical decisions in fast‐moving environments
n
n
Experience within fintech, regulated SaaS, payments or financial services environments would be highly beneficial.
n
