This is a rewarding opportunity to deliver culturally secure primary healthcare while working closely with Aboriginal communities in remote Northern Territory locations.About the OrganisationRed Lily Health Board is an Aboriginal community-controlled health service committed to improving health outcomes for Aboriginal people in West Arnhem through high-quality, culturally respectful primary healthcare.About the RoleAs a Remote Area Nurse, you will:
Deliver comprehensive primary healthcare across the lifespan
Provide acute care, chronic disease management, health promotion and education
Work within a multidisciplinary team including Aboriginal Health Practitioners, GPs and visiting specialists
Participate in a 24-hour on-call roster
Travel to homelands and communities by light aircraft and 4WD when required

Jabiru
Minjilang (Croker Island)
Warruwi (South Goulburn Island)

Current AHPRA registration
Experience in remote or rural nursing in Australia
Strong clinical judgement, adaptability and teamwork skills
Commitment to culturally respectful healthcare
Manual driver's licence
National Police Check & Ochre Card (or willingness to obtain)
Willingness to participate in a 24-hour on-call roster
Ability to travel by light aircraft and 4WD
