Empowered – We equip our team to overcome challenges and make a lasting impact.About the RoleWe are seeking a passionate and experienced Team Leader to mentor and lead a team of House Leaders and Support Workers in providing specialized care for children with disabilities and complex needs in a Voluntary Out-of-Home Care (VOOHC) setting.As we continue to build our client base in South Australia, the successful candidate will also be expected to actively support clients on shift at least three times a week.In this role, you will:
Lead, mentor, and develop a team providing essential care to children in VOOHC.
Support children with complex behavioral needs, ensuring safety and well-being.
Implement behavior management strategies and ensure trauma-informed care.
Build trusting relationships with children, families, and external stakeholders.
Oversee day-to-day operations, including staff coaching and compliance.

Your Impact As a Team Leader, you will play a critical role in ensuring stability and safety for children in out of-home care.
